Sunday, February 17, 2019 - A very satisfying Sauternes. Tastes of vanilla, tangerine, peach, apricot coconut, honey and treacle, with enough acidity to balance the sweetness. Tasted from a 375 ml bottle, that will likely improve a bit more with aging.
