Saturday, April 13, 2019 - A dinner with friends in NYC (New York): Accompanied the final course of cheesecake, and the combination couldn't have been more perfect. Liquid cheesecake is how I would describe it. Vanilla, candied orange, caramel. A slight, bitter herbal finish is masked by the sugar of the cheesecake.
