Monday, March 15, 2021 - I quite like this, because it isn't too sweet, but it is rich and minerally - really nice with some dried up blue cheese I found - medium deep orangey gold, rich botrytis nose, not too sweet smelling, palate is thick but not unctuous and not too sweet - maybe lacks some acid, the finish is good not great, but I really like this cuz I always wonder what to do with Sauternes, but this is perfect for cheese/pate as aperitif, lovely
