Wednesday, December 19, 2018 - Deep straw in color with a golden hue. Nose of honey, ripe peaches, hints of autumnal spices and botrytis. Tastes of ripe peaches, honey, marzipan, nutmeg, and hint of cloves. Noticeable botrytis. Nice mouthfeel. Balanced, and youthful. Should peak in 3-5 years. Drink over the next 10+ years.
