Sunday, October 25, 2015 - Drank from .375. Deep Bordeaux red/brick red. Medium sweet with balancing acidity. Drying tannins after 30 minutes that add to complexity. Wonderful after dinner wine. Added 1/18/16- this half kept in fridge almost 3 months and still drinkable, especially with chocolate.
