Wednesday, December 30, 2009 - Still pretty tight...but after a few hours, it opens to beautiful garnet dusty floral rose spice, dried orange rinds, anise, earth tones. Rustic wild berry/raspberry/cherry fruit with a good dose of citrus acidity. Tasty now with air...but could use a little more aging. Wish I had more.
