Saturday, December 26, 2009 - While I can appreciate the size and boldness of this wine, ultimately, it is a simple concoction of blueberry and heavy oak (vanilla and toast). If it develops secondary characteristics with age, it will be worthy; otherwise its just about the size and in-your-face fruit like many California wines.
