Wednesday, September 15, 2021 - This is an amazing bottle, full stop. One of the most compelling rose wines I have ever encountered. To the extent that there is a flaw, the nose suggests some Brett going on. Deep mineral, slightly barnyard nose, with plum and warm spice - nutmeg and cinnamon. Seawater. Palate balanced, with great lifting acidity, intense minerals going on long finish. still a bit tannic. Great fruit - plum again dominant.
