Textbook Friuli pinot grigio. No faux fruit, no sugar, intense yet very fresh. You can, if so inclined, drink this chilled. You should really have this a little warmer, around 14-16, and give it a chance to breathe to fully enjoy the intensity. That said, it's summer and this wine makes it feel like it when you're negotiating a branzino and want to keep things within the boundaries of decency.
