Saturday, April 24, 2021 - Shy initially, feels like a subdued Assyrtiko. With some air on top of the mineral and earthy elements you get some ripe stone fruit, some white flowers with honey nuances in the background. Polished mid palate with good depthh of flavour, high acidity, sweet and ripe stone fruit with long length. Solid as always. 93-94
P.S. this bottle is ultra heavy; I think the winery should consider a lighter bottle; ESG must enter the equation me thinks
