Saturday, October 7, 2023 - Wonderful.
Everything I love in a champagne and more.
Fully enveloping and deep character, brioche, tropical fruits and more.
Utterly delicious. Unfortunately (and surprisingly) not quite as good on the second day which baffled me. Maybe also not the highest in acidity but still feels like its only going to get better. 94+
