Wednesday, October 26, 2022 - Pale yellow colour. Nose is intense with notes of gooseberries, black currant leaves, newly mowed grass and some oak. Mouthfeel is rich, full bodied, aromatic, mineral with nice acidity and notes of gooseberries, black currant leaves, kiwi, lime, green apples and some wooden notes.

Fresh, well balanced white Bordeaux with 'zip', well defined with lots of character and a long finish. Quite atypical for a white Bordeaux with 100 % sauvignon blanc, but a great wine!
