Sunday, January 14, 2024 - Made from a blend of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Clairette Blanche, Viognier, Verdelho, Roussanne, Marsanne, Semillon Gris, Semillon Blanc, Palomino and Colombard and aged seperately in both amphora and concrete.

Quite yellow in the glass with aromas of some tropical fruit, popcorn, lemon, green apple. It is, though, a wine for the palate - almost creamy texture with an almost salty grip and a quite long finish. Medium+ acidity in this vintage.

I would hold for a few more years to really unfold.
