Tuesday, June 6, 2023 - AP 3 560 027 1 15. A combination of 2010 and 2011 vintages. Decanted m now 40 min after decant. Aromas of honeyed tart apples, just ripe pineapple, minerals, and some herbs. Palate w honeyed tart apples, pineapples, lovely minerals, some herbs, some flowers with honeyed apples circling back. Excellent concentration and depth. Medium body w excellent+ acids. Nice long lingering finish. Whoa this is so good and complex already. Not overly sweet due to the high acids. Just lovely and complex but it's still in its early days. Really looking forward to see how this evolves over the next 10, heck, 20 yrs. Lovely
