10/7/2022 10:02:00 AM - Yup, if I like a wine it's one star, like a lot two, really like three. Not very many get three! But this system has the advantage that I can always give four (or potentially) more stars. Hasn't happened yet.
In any case, it's just a rough guide. IMO it doesn't make much sense to compare wines based on just one number, or number of stars. Lots of dimensions to a wine, and how they fit together leads many different types of tasting experience.
