Friday, February 12, 2021 - A complete unknown producer for me. Such a beautiful presentation of Pinot. Simple clean flavorful fruity you put a blindfold on this is what you want. Dark ruby in color. Almost similar to tin river you would see in a Tasmania wilderness. The nose is super soft and clean with no hint of what’s to come. The beginning is bright almost floral with red cherry, roasted beet, The middle almost has a salty middle mouth teal brightness. With a tiny tiny bit of space peppery long lingering finish.
Leave this in the bottle if you can if I ever find it again I will love it in the future.
