Sunday, November 28, 2021 - This has become much more smooth and supple, but is still brighter than usual. The blend in 2017 is 55% Syrah and 45% Cab (much more Cab than usual) and the abv is 13.7% (quite a bit lower than 2016 and 2015, which were 14.5% and 14.1% respectively).

Aromas of red and purple fruits, thyme, raw lamb fat, rosehips. Fresh and lively on the palate, layers of tart fruit and airy herbs. This is still primary and will no doubt evolve positively for many more years.
