Monday, April 3, 2023 - (Disgorged in 2021, based on 2008(65%), 2007(25%) and 2006(10%), 40% Pinot Noir and 60% Chardonnay, dosage 7 gr/L)
Youthful nose showing chalk, minerals, butter and lime citrus flowers in a delicious way. Lovely intensity on the palate showing lime citrus acidity, with a cream and butter mid before showing a lovely minerals and chalk driven finish showing some lemon zest bitterness and leaving a very pleasant minerals saltiness on the lips.
