Monday, October 23, 2023 - Wow. Took an hour or so to open up but after that it was an explosion of nuts and cream and chalk that was powerful but elegant with finesse. Long long finish.

Definitely give it time to open up — on opening it was quite restrained and subtle. Which leads me to think it will benefit from age.
