Monday, November 13, 2023 - Drank blind. This was the winner in the tasting. Very well balanced and complex. Long taste, that evolves after couple of hours. Almond, citrus such as lemon and orange. I believe this is a very young Chasmpagne and a would wait for at least 4 years or even more. i believe this Champagne can reach more than 95p in the future.
