Thursday, March 7, 2024 - Another great example of the 2016s being ready to go right from the beginning. A vibrant wine with a complex, evolving palate. Enjoyed two glasses via coravin and then finished the bottle twos days later. The first glasses after popping the cork were the best...probably benefited from the small amount of air that the coravin introduces. Excited to see where this goes, but already very enjoyable
