Monday, July 15, 2019 - Dinner with Maggie Harrison (Antica Terra / Lillian), Drinking her Great Wine + Great French Wine (Formento's - Chicago IL): Open an hour before serving. Ripe and rich black and red cherry with background spice and lots of structure that ever-so-slightly masks some of the enjoyment today. At the same time, the wine's power and potential clearly come through. Shows lots of young Vosne character, while also very "2005" in structure and backwardness. I don't think Christophe produces this wine any longer.
