Sunday, February 22, 2009 - Pours golden with abundant aromas of pear pulp, citrus, and some leafy vegetation. Full and viscous with moderate acidity. Heavy on the pear with citrus rind stapled to it. I detect the leafy greens to be something from a tobacco pouch. The finish lingers dry with some tart green apple fruit. A bold wine.
