Tuesday, May 9, 2023 - Pretty white flowers, green melon and apple on the nose, green almond and melon on the palate with acidity recalling pomelo with a hint of pith. Refreshingly crisp in the mouth, went beautifully with sockeye salmon and braised greens with speck. A lovely wine if on the light-bodied side, I miss the creamy yeast and biscuit aromas classic to many soaves with extended lees contact. Drink soon.
