Saturday, June 3, 2023 - Brought to a summer evening tri-tip dinner. Still quite primary, but lovely drinking right now with a 3-hr decant earlier in the day. Super fragrant bouquet with loads of red fruit, baking spice, some mint, all stitched together by the maritime climate. Rich and balanced on the palette. This was singing 6 hours after opening. Yum.
