Monday, July 25, 2022 - Slightly cloudy pale ruby color.
Very savory nose... cracked pepper, wet earth, wild Black Forest fruits.
Long, lean and seamless. Red to black fruits on the palate. Extremely saline and quite tart. Finishes with iodine. Nicely balanced and drinking just beautifully.
