Intense bone fruits, citrus and flowers, the palate is soft and delicate where dominate green apples, lime, and citrus peels on finish. Very drinkable, fresh and hedonistic wine, gentle acidity. Enjoyable as with Mediterranean salads and light white cheeses as w/o food. Serve 10ºC - 12ºC. Open a few minutes ahead. Drink now while young and fresh.
