This 2019 Bedrock Evangelho is a brighter, racier version that still has that sappy core, but the acidity cleans up every single drop. The core aromas and flavors are typical for the site, ranging from deep boysenberry to flashy cherry compote with lemon zest and rosemary. The difference from typical is that little jolt of electricity. It’s exciting even if it’s different.
