Friday, September 28, 2018 - Dinner at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons with family and friends for son's 30th. Limited notes.
A couple of bottles for the dessert courses. Not a touch on my recently noted 1990 but still excellent. Honey, apricots, jungle fruit and desert spices. Not at all heavy with decent acidity for balance (and cutting across richer puds!).
Fully ready, but being Chenin should make 20yrs from vintage without any problem.
