Wednesday, January 26, 2011 - Dead Grape Society - Spanish Rojo (Luxembourg): Brick pale color in the glass. Comes across with a distinctive prune and soy sauce smell. This evolved some into a more pleasant port smell but the soy sauce smell lingered. Drinking with flavors of chocolate, port and sweet dark dried fruit. Again quite strong prune flavor but underneath showing a very deep and intriguing wine. Seemed to be quite aged/past its prime.
