Monday, November 17, 2008 - This shows a dense red color with an average viscosity. Its nose provides hints of oak, vanilla, chocolate, tobacco, leather and dark red berries. On the palate, its not so hi alcohol content allows anyone to easily notice its well structured elements producing an elegant fruit forward taste at first, followed by a quick combination of vanilla-chocolate-coffee sensation, with a predominant but elegant oaky finish that could last close to 30 seconds. Definitely a pairing wine, specially roast meat including chicken, accompany with rice.
