Sunday, May 1, 2022 - Purchased for $20. Served in a Riedel Vinum Pinot Noir Glass. Wow. Really surprised here. I really haven't had many Dao wines that I enjoy, but this was delicious. Really expressive nose of dark fruit, oak and spice. Definitely has a "new world edge" to it. More juicy dark fruits on the palate and sweet vanilla. Lots of juicy dark berry fruit here. Very nice acidity and moderate tannins. Very nice. I want more. Grade: A-
