Sunday, February 19, 2023 - An entry level CF from a respectable producer. Made from 50-60 year old wines and aged in steel for 6-12 months. Deep ruby colour. Quite intense and very fruity aroma filled with blackberries, blueberries, cherries, licorice, hint of juniper. Medium body, fresh and lively structure with juicy texture, overly fruit forward and slightly spicy flavours, medium light acidity, grainy rich tannins.
