Friday, April 7, 2023 - Nose: cigar box, black pepper, blackberry, wood chips, dry forest floor, brownie, smoke

Palate: smoke, cigar box, dark cherry; high - acidity, tart; med + body, very silky; nice tannins

Overall: it’s good but too acidic/tart for me
