Wednesday, November 18, 2020 - Extremely reductive on opening. Needs a vigorous decant. Once opened, fresh raspberry, complex savory notes, and white pepper emerges. Longer finish but more acid than I remember from the 2018. interested to see how this will age given the reduction.
