Monday, November 8, 2021 - Monday Burgundy Cellar Visits - Albert Morot, Méo-Camuzet, and Ramonet (Cote d'Or): Tasting at the domaine. Apple, pear, baked apple, allspice and mint with so much more, seemingly both sweet and tart. Ripe with balance from start-to-middle, then structured and highly energetic middle-to-finish. Long, lingering finish. One of the best wines I have tasted this year.
