Saturday, January 27, 2024 - Cracked black pepper, dark plum, herbs and cherry along with some earthy notes all waft up on the nose. Medium-bodied with good concentration this feels like a serious, quite surly Syrah at this moment in time with a beautiful core of pure dark fruits, savoury notes and an elegant, poised finish. It is certainly on the fresher end of the spectrum, drinking nicely now but will develop and hold for a number of years.
