Monday, April 4, 2022 - Over 2 days. Muted nose when cold, very mineral, subtle yellow fruits. As the temperature goes up, a touch of caramel appears, with more exotic fruits, but remain subtle. the palate is very clean, chalky almost steely, long, mid weight. good now but with potential to improve. i would give it another 4 years to blossom
