Wednesday, January 11, 2023 - This is an absolutely stellar example of what Willamette Valley Chardonnay is all about.

Lemon curd, key lime pie, and vanilla cream on the nose. The flavor attack is absolutely massive and fills every square millimeter of the palate.

Bright scintillating acidity leads to a long mouth-watering finish. Over time the minerals come forward.

This is fantastic today but will clearly also hold on and evolve in a exciting and interesting way for many years to come. I'm going to lay one down and maybe check it out around 2030.
