Great Chardonnay that could rival anything from Burgundy. Brimming with gorgeous florals like linden and honeysuckle, lemon pastry cream, and ripe apricot in the finish. Drinking well now but has another 6-10 years of life ahead of it.

Tasting at Arterberry Maresh (Maresh Red Barn): On the nose - immediate hit of high end white burg. Plenty of reductive matches. Loved it in the mouth, with perhaps a tiny touch of VA. Feels like this still needs a few years. I must get some!

This is an absolutely stellar example of what Willamette Valley Chardonnay is all about.
Lemon curd, key lime pie, and vanilla cream on the nose. The flavor attack is absolutely massive and fills every square millimeter of the palate.
Bright scintillating acidity leads to a long mouth-watering finish. Over time the minerals come forward.
This is fantastic today but will clearly also hold on and evolve in a exciting and interesting way for many years to come. I'm going to lay one down and maybe check it out around 2030.
