Sunday, December 29, 2019 - Day one was good -- lamp oil and papaya aroma, taut green apple palate. Day two this was left in the fridge. Day 3 was great -- the petrol settled a bit and showed more soil tones, with plenty of green apple and stone fruit and verve to spare.
