Tuesday, May 10, 2022 - Initially, apple juice and a bit one dimensional. But, after being open for 45+ minutes this really began to show. Moderate aromas of spiced orchard fruit. Moderate flavors of orchard fruit and fresh lemon. Lots of energy. Upside. 92-94+. 0g/l dosage, disgorged 09/11/2020.
