Friday, March 17, 2023 - Appearance is dark ruby, legs are long. Nose with dark fruit with blackberry, cherry, vanilla, oak. Palate is medium acidity, medium plus tannins with some grip and not fully integrated, medium-light body, medium length, mild etoh. Palate is balanced with fruit not overpowering and pleasantly not overly sweet or es extracted as I was expecting. There is blackberry, cherry, vanilla, oak, hint of dill. Pretty good wine, think this is a decent QPR. Would buy again, but not so good that I would specifically seek it out.
