Friday, April 5, 2024 - Opened and had a sip. Much less tannic than last note. PNPI I felt it needed a short decant. While my Vitello Parmesiano was cooking I decanted 15 minutes. Perfect. It’s drinking amazing. Italian for sure. I have the 16 too. Amazing QPR for this wine.

4/5/2024 7:19:00 PM - You can see my three reviews of this wine. This last bottle I decanted 15 minutes and it was great over another 30 minutes for dinner. It’s changed a lot since July 22 when I had my last bottle.

4/6/2024 7:04:00 AM - I’ve never felt the wine was as closed and “man bun” tight as you did, although I was doing long decants. Glad your bottles or palate have come around because it’s awfully good stuff. Still haven’t tried my ‘16s.
