Monday, April 29, 2024 - spicy, ripe dark stone fruits, soft acids, weight and ripeness, little tannin, layers of fruit lingering with spicy and tart nuances... very nice with venison today, it's hearty and deep, but quite refreshing, the gamey meat gave it the perfect sounding board... probably not getting better, but it'll surely hold for a year or a few
