Friday, November 20, 2020 - Deeply mineral, like biting into a piece of granite rock. In addition this was framed by distinctly floral notes. At the core a mostly citric fruit. Good tension on the palate with fresh acidity and a tightly knit texture. Supposedly very age worthy hence will try popping a bottle every other year or so. But for now not much more than a good, simple white wine – albeit with a very specific character.
