Tuesday, March 16, 2021 - Random wines tasted during service (Oinoscent): Sampled via coravin at Oinoscent.
The wine shows low intensity (probably due to coravin), the profile is very close to Louro 2019 tried just prior to this.
In the palate, the wine its more powerful, high intensity, filled with elegant oak notes, medium acidity, mineral element, fresh herbs, citrus, quince, grapefruit with long finish.
This is quite young, needs time to open up . It would better with food.
