Wednesday, June 15, 2022 - Blanco supplied for our final Xtremo blind tasting of the season. No one guessed this right, but a few did guess Spain as country of origin. Quite acidic, with lots of stone fruit and some citrus. Nice freshness to this wine. Also, a very long, tart finish. I found it on the viscous side and guessed it to be either a Loire chenin blanc or a chablis. I liked this wine, and think it's drinking quite well, particularly given its youthfulness.
