Sunday, February 12, 2023 - A few years since I have tried this and just as special as I remember it. Maybe just a touch more complex which maybe adds an extra point. A light ruby with clear bricking and a developed nose with some light perfume, red fruits and mushrooms. The palate is delicate and fully resolved. Served blind and we guess 90s burgundy, albeit I thought could be Vosne/Chambolle as more feminine than masculine. Perfect balance and harmony at this point. Hard to imagine aged burgundy being better than this. From BV
