Sunday, January 7, 2024 - Wow. It’s incredible to think this is 34 years old. The dominant factor was soy and worchester sauce. Seriously dark in the glass and incredibly well stored from the freshness. The Gevrey structure was evident as this was a masculine wine with a long finish. Worked well with charred lamb. From BV
